About VSTARユニバース (Sword & Shield series, S12a)

VSTARユニバース (Sword & Shield series, S12a) numbers 172 cards on its printed run, and CardTrack's Japanese catalogue holds 262 in total: the extra 90 are secret rares whose collector numbers sit above 172. The set covers 111 different Pokémon. By rarity the cards split into 6 tiers: Art Rare (37), Special Art Rare (35), Double Rare (30), Triple Rare (17), Super Rare (14) and Ultra Rare (4).

The tracked cards add up to about $2,353, and the 33 most valuable of them carry 80% of that. The most valuable card is the Giratina (ギラティナVSTAR) #261/172 at $300.98 raw, around $307 in PSA 10, while the median card is worth about $0.93. 182 cards carry a PSA 10 price; across the cards with both figures, a PSA 10 copy sells for about 19.3× the raw price at the median.

110 illustrators are credited across the set, led by 5ban Graphics (15), Kouki Saitou (13) and Oswaldo KATO (11). Raw prices are CardTrack's near-mint figure for the Japanese printing; graded ladders come from CardTrack's graded-price feed, and 201 of the 262 cards have completed eBay sales behind them. Cards with a graded ladder but no raw price are shown at their PSA 10 value so they still sort. CardTrack also tracks 2 sealed products for this set, led by the VSTAR Universe Booster Box at about $238.37.
