1. What CardTrack is

CardTrack is an independent Pokémon card price guide and collection tracker. We aggregate market data from third-party sources and present blended value estimates, tools and games. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, PSA, eBay, TCGplayer or any other rights holder or marketplace.

2. Not financial or appraisal advice

All prices, valuations, “grading ROI” figures and related data are aggregated market estimates provided for general information only. They are not appraisals, not official grading-company values, and not financial, investment or trading advice. Card markets are volatile and our estimates can be wrong or out of date. Any decision you make to buy, sell, grade or insure a card is your own, and you should do your own research. We accept no liability for losses arising from reliance on the data.

3. Your account

Some features (collection, wishlist, watchlist, price alerts and comments) require an account, which you can create by signing in with a supported provider. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of anything you add. Don't use someone else's account or share credentials. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't scrape, bulk-download, resell or republish our data or pages without permission.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Don't post comments that are unlawful, abusive, spam, or infringe anyone's rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.
• Don't use the site to break any applicable law.

5. User content

You keep ownership of comments and collection data you add. By posting public content (such as comments) you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the site. You confirm you have the right to post it.

6. Third-party links & affiliate disclosure

The site links to third-party marketplaces such as eBay and TCGplayer. Some of these are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you buy through them — at no extra cost to you. We don't control third-party sites and aren't responsible for their content, prices, or policies.

7. Intellectual property

Pokémon, card names, images and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes. The CardTrack name, design, original text and compiled data are ours. You may link to our pages, but you may not copy the site's substance as your own.

8. Availability & changes

We provide the service “as is” and “as available”, with no warranties of accuracy, uptime or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site, and we may update these terms — the “last updated” date above will change when we do.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CardTrack and its operators are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
