Pokémon CGC population report
The CGC pop report for Pokémon — CGC population across 16,547 cards and 3,202,275 graded copies: the most valuable CGC-graded cards, the rarest CGC 10s, the hardest cards to gem at CGC, and the most-submitted. Looking for PSA? See the PSA pop report.
CGC population harvested 3 October 2026.
CGC grades on a 1–10 scale like PSA, plus a separate, rarer Pristine 10 above standard Gem Mint 10 for an exceptional copy — see the FAQ below for how that compares to a PSA 10, or the cost to grade at CGC, PSA and BGS.
Most valuable CGC-graded cards
The highest-value Pokémon cards with at least one CGC 10 in existence, by current raw market value.
Rarest CGC 10s in existence
Cards with the fewest CGC 10s ever awarded (min. 50 graded) — the scarcest CGC gems.
Hardest cards to gem at CGC
The lowest CGC 10 rates — cards where a gem-mint CGC grade is hardest to pull (min. 100 graded). For PSA, see the PSA 10 gem rate by card.
Most graded at CGC
The most-submitted Pokémon cards at CGC — highest total CGC population. Thinking of sending one in? Check whether grading is worth it.
Frequently asked questions
What is the CGC pop report?
CGC's population report shows how many copies of each card CGC has graded at each grade — the CGC counterpart to the PSA population report. CardTrack tracks CGC population for 16,547 Pokémon cards — 3,202,275 graded copies in total.
Is CGC 10 the same as PSA 10?
No. CGC 10 (Gem Mint) is CGC's top standard grade, but the market prices it differently from PSA 10 — PSA 10 copies usually sell for more. CGC also awards a separate Pristine 10 for exceptional copies.
How hard is it to get a CGC 10?
Across the 16,547 Pokémon cards we track, about 24% of CGC-graded copies came back a CGC 10 — and on the hardest cards the gem rate drops to single digits.
