Frequently asked questions
Why does centering matter?
Centering is one of the four graded factors and a common grade-capper — even a flawless card graded off-centre can't reach a PSA 10. This shows the best grade the centering alone allows.
How is centering measured?
We measure the border margins on each axis and express them as a ratio (e.g. 55/45). The closer to 50/50, the higher the achievable grade.
